Kathy Chamberlain, Ginny Lamoureux and Shannon Werthmann present lecture programs designed for elementary students of area independent school districts. Using company dancers, Ms Chamberlain explains barre and center practice that is typical of a daily class for a dancer. Ms. Lamoureux and Ms. Werthmann speak to the students concerning vocal training and the preparation involved with a musical theater production. For many of these students, this is their first introduction to the performing arts and encourages them to develop an appreciation of classical and modern dance and musical theater.
